What's new: Task Auto Assignment
Task Auto Assignment is a solution for assigning tasks to available users, for example, when users work in shifts and manager cannot assign the task to a particular employee beforehand.
Now in the database options there is an option that lets automatically assign tasks to users that are the first to change tasks status from ‘Created’ to ‘In Progress’ or ‘Closed’:
So when a user changes state of an unassigned task, this user becomes assigned to this task automatically:
