You can add the most frequently used views to the Navigation group on the ribbon.
To add a view to the Navigation group
- Click Application Menu, click Options, and then in the Options dialog box, click the Favorites tab.
- Click the names of required views in the left column, and then click Add in the toolbar of the left column.
To sort the views in the
Navigation group
- Click the name of required view, and then click Move Up or Move Down in the toolbar of the right column.
To remove the views from the Navigation group
- Click the names of required views in the right column, and then click Delete in the toolbar the right column.
To display large icons of the views in the Navigation group
- Select the check boxes of required views in the right column
