How to Setup the data that cannot be imported from VIP Task Manager

You cannot import some data from VIP Task Manager to CentriQS.

1. Workflow

With VIP Task Manager you can create multiple task workflows with multiple statuses, while with CentriQS you have only one default task workflow which includes the following states: Created, In Progress, and Closed. After you import tasks from VIP Task Manager to CentriQS, they will get one of these three states according to their percentage of completion:

• If task is 0% completed, it will have state Created.
  
• If task is from 1% to 99% completed, it will have state In Progress.
• If task is 100% completed, it will have state Closed.

2. Comments

Comments cannot be imported from VIP Task Manager database to CentriQS database. If comments are critical for you, you will have to copy and paste the comments to each task.

3. Recurring Task Settings

If you import recurring tasks from VIP Task Manager to CentriQS, their start time shifts to 12:00 AM no matter what start time was initially set. To fix the issue, you need to open each task and change its recurring settings.
