Returns blob data of the given entity table

GET
api/databases/{dbid}/entities/{entity}/{id}/{table}/{tid}/data/{property}
This request is used for getting BLOB data.
The data returns 'as is', for example, if you request BLOB data of Image type, then content will include image data and 'Content-Type' (ex.: 'image/png')
